Kids & Teens Therapy

Growing up comes with unique challenges, and sometimes children and teens need extra support to navigate them. Therapy provides a safe, encouraging space where young people can express themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence.

I work with children ages 5 and older, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, school stress, friendship struggles, self-esteem concerns, family transitions, grief, and life changes.

For younger children, sessions often incorporate play, creativity, movement, and age-appropriate activities to help them process emotions in ways that feel natural. With teens, therapy focuses on building trust, strengthening emotional awareness, increasing resilience, and helping them feel more confident as they navigate school, relationships, identity, and the transition into adulthood.

Parents are an important part of the process, and when appropriate, I collaborate with caregivers to support progress both inside and outside of therapy.
