EMDR Therapy
Sometimes difficult experiences continue affecting us long after they’ve ended. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain naturally process painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or emotionally charged.
EMDR can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, negative self-beliefs, relationship wounds, grief, childhood experiences, and distressing life events. Rather than simply talking about what happened, EMDR helps your nervous system process experiences in a way that allows healing to occur.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I provide a safe, supportive environment while guiding you through the process at a pace that feels manageable. The goal isn’t to erase your memories—it’s to help them lose their emotional intensity so you can move forward with greater freedom, confidence, and peace.
