I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, stress, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. Drawing from neuroscience-informed approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, somatic practices, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you while helping you build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
